5. ORDERS

7. DELIVERY

7.1. We deliver to locations within Nigeria. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.

7.3. You must ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery at the specified address.

7.4. If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will leave a notification and you will need to contact us to rearrange delivery.

8. CLICK & COLLECT

8.1. Click & Collect is available at selected locations. You will be able to choose Click & Collect during the checkout process if it is available in your area.

8.2. There is no minimum order value for Click & Collect orders.

8.3. You must collect your order within the specified collection window.

8.4. If you do not collect your order within the specified time, your order will be cancelled and you may incur a restocking fee.

9. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

9.1. You have the right to cancel your order before it is dispatched. To cancel, please contact our customer service team.

9.2. If you receive incorrect or damaged goods, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

9.3. For perishable goods, returns are not accepted unless the goods are defective or incorrectly supplied.

9.4. Non-perishable goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt if they are in their original condition and packaging.

9.5. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or cancellation of the order.
